OMG, I am SO EXCITED!! Halloween is my favorite holiday, and the new Halloween collections are starting to come out. I have to admit, this one has me giggling out loud in anticipation...

Sally Hansen has come out with a line of Salon Effects specifically for Halloween, and I am SO looking forward to them! I also love that they aren't all the traditional black and orange some companies go for. Just LOOK at the designs!!
